My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 3 working days for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.

Every piece is crafted to order. All of our pieces are made with only the best materials, and we constantly refine those materials to keep our product quality at the highest standard.
Where do you source and ship your products?
We source and ship most of our products from the from all over the world to bring you epic offers and the lowest prices. This means for international orders or delivery sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!
Do you ship in all countries?
We ship to all countries, all over the world. And due to restrictions, we're unable to ship to the following countries:
Ukraine (Crimea - ZipCodes between 95000-99999)
When will I receive my items and tracking number?
We process your order immediately and ship it within 5 working days. In peak periods please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch. You will be notified with tracking number as soon as the item is shipped out.
In general, you can expect to receive your orders in around 10-20 business days for the US and 20-45 business days for international orders.

What is your replacement/return/cancellations policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
And because this is one-of-a-kind, completely custom, made-to-order, we typically do not accept cancellations or returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. All orders are processed automatically and immediately after checkout.
